Chinese New Year - Liverpool

Posted by OpenSpace Images (Wirral, United Kingdom) on 22 February 2010 in Documentary & Street and Portfolio.

Went to the Chinese New Year celebrations in Liverpool's China Town yesterday. The whole community comes out to see the dancing dragons and firecrackers which parade through the streets. I didn't manage to get any shots I was happy with of the action on the ground but quite liked this one which I took when I bothered to look up!
Happy year of the Tiger everyone
